Education and Career

I hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, which built my foundation in technical problem- solving, and a BSc. in Business Management from Lancaster University, UK, which broadened my global business perspective. Currently, I am pursuing the PCP in Business Management from IIM (Kozhikode), focusing on sharpening strategic and leadership skills.

I lead as a Director at PressureJet. My career reflects adaptability, continuous learning, and a deep sense of responsibility toward our family business, our people, and our customers. By God's grace, I am financially well-settled, allowing me the freedom to choose work and activities that align with my passions, values, and long-term vision rather than being driven solely by monetary needs.

I believe in harmony, cooperation, and sincerity. Honesty and straightforwardness guide my interactions, and I naturally look for the best in people. I find joy in helping others and choose peace over conflict. These values shape both my personal and professional life.

I have a cheerful, optimistic outlook and enjoy building and nurturing close, meaningful relationships. I feel at ease in small, familiar groups and confident when leading, though large crowds feel overwhelming. I prefer calm, scenic places—resorts, beaches, and mountains—over the hustle and bustle of city life. My approach to life is organized, thoughtful, and committed, whether in work or relationships. According to the D-I-S-C model, I align with the S (Steady) profile, and in the Myers–Briggs framework, I identify as INTJ.

My hobbies include table tennis, chess, long drives, and reading self- help and management books. I follow a disciplined meditation routine and maintain light to medium exercise for well- being. I am a eggetarian in daily life and open to fresh, healthy cuisines. I do not smoke or drink.

I come from a close-knit and well-respected Gujarati family that upholds long-term relationships, strong ethics, and the principle of “simple living and high thinking.” We remain grounded, measuring success not merely by wealth, but by health, character, values, and the positive impact we create.

Father: (Vishal Shah – 1970) He is a Mechanical Engineer and first-generation entrepreneur. He is actively involved in the management research and development in our business.

Mother: (Purvi Shah – 1974) She is a B.Com. Preliminary she is a homemaker and actively involved in our business. She looks after civil and interior projects.

Sister: (Dr. Riti Shah - 1999) She is a Dentist (BDS, FDS - RCT specialist) running a clinic (Dermasure and Rootscure) with her husband Dr. Dhyey Shah (Gold-Medalist M.D. Dermatologist).

Grand Mother: (Sumitraben Shah - 1940): She is 85 years old, strong willed, self-reliant.
