Hey! So Glad You're Here.
I am a second-generation entrepreneur, driven by a lifelong fascination with business.
My father started our business in 1996 with a vision to create an organization that delivers excellence and value. He is not just a founder but also a great philosopher, whose wisdom, skills, and financial discipline have been instrumental in growing the business over the years. I hold deep respect for his achievements and have been inspired from an early age by his visionary leadership.
I have always aspired to contribute meaningfully to the business my father so passionately built - PressureJet Systems Pvt. Ltd..Today, I am fortunate to be living that dream, actively leading our organization into a future shaped by innovation, digitalization, and global competitiveness.
Early Journey
My formal education began with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University in 2015, which laid the foundation for my technical understanding of industrial processes. Without delaying, I transitioned straight into the business, immersing myself in every department to gain ground-level insights. Over a period of three formative years, I served in various capacities:
As Warehouse Manager, I dedicated about a year to analyzing and transforming our warehouse operations. I revamped many practices, redefined SOPs, and optimized routine activities to significantly enhance efficiency and organization across the department.
In the Purchase Department, I spent approximately three months immersing myself in the basics of procurement processes, vendor management, and sourcing strategies. This experience provided valuable insight into the operational backbone that sustains supply chain efficiency and cost optimization.
As No-Code Website Developer, I developed eight no-code websites tailored for different applications of high-pressure plunger pumps, ensuring each site achieved high SEO rankings and contributed to our digital presence.
As Marketing Trainee, I visited multiple cities in India for promoting High Pressure Plunger Pump and System for Stone Texturing Application.
This phase was crucial in shaping my work ethic, understanding cross-functional collaboration, and appreciating the complexities of running a business in India's fast-evolving economic landscape. It gave me an authentic, hands-on grasp of operations, strategy, and customer-centric thinking, all while being mentored under the watchful guidance of seasoned leaders within our organization.

Global Learning Experience
With a strong desire to complement my practical knowledge with formal business education, I pursued higher studies in the United Kingdom. I began at Warwick Business School with a International Foundation Program in Business Management, which refined my business fundamentals and introduced me to international business perspectives. Building on this, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Lancaster University — one of the UK's top management schools.
I have spent three years working in the business environment, and whatever I accomplished during this time has tremendously contributed to my understanding of theoretical business knowledge. I am deeply grateful for this practical exposure, which has enriched my academic journey and prepared me for greater responsibilities ahead.
My time abroad expanded my horizons, exposing me to global cultures, advanced business practices, and the power of innovation-driven enterprises. It solidified my belief that true leadership lies in balancing technical expertise with strategic vision and people-first management.
Returning with Purpose
In July 2022, I returned to India, deeply committed to applying my learning and insights to our family business. I strategically identified the Sewer Jetting Pump market as a critical new growth avenue and focused my initial efforts there.
This was a challenging initiative as we were starting from zero business in the sector. Through a phase of rigorous market exploration, proactive customer engagement, and focused market building, I successfully expanded our footprint. This groundwork allowed us to establish PressureJet as the single robust domestic competitor to established foreign brands.
Our 'Make in India' product is now recognized for its reliability, enabling us to capture significant market share and achieve good business, setting the stage for sustainable expansion.
Today, I proudly serve as the Director — Finance and IT, where my primary focus is on driving the digital transformation of our enterprise. I am leading the re-implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), aligning our operational, financial, and reporting systems with world-class best practices. This transformational initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and organizational agility.
Alongside IT initiatives, I oversee Finance functions, ensuring strong compliance, robust internal controls, and sound financial planning to support our strategic objectives. My approach blends traditional financial prudence with modern data analytics and business intelligence.
My Vision about PressureJet
My long-term vision is strongly aligned with my organization's aspiration to become the world's number one high-pressure plunger pump manufacturing company. I am committed to contributing toward making our organization the market leader not only in India but also in the USA, Japan, China, and Germany, each with a distinct purpose and strategy. I strive to build an enterprise that is technologically progressive, globally competitive, and deeply rooted in ethical business practices, creating value for customers, employees, and partners through continuous improvement, innovation, and a customer-first culture.
I believe that learning never stops, leadership is a service, and excellence is a habit, not an act. As I grow in my entrepreneurial journey, I remain anchored by humility, hard work, and the drive to contribute meaningfully to the organization, the industry, and society at large.
Beyond Purpose
While my professional life is dedicated to the ambitious vision of PressureJet, I maintain a balanced life that fuels my curiosity, sharpens my mind, and broadens my perspective. My activities outside of work align with my drive for self-growth, strategic thinking, and building organizations that last across generations.
My focus on strategy and competitive discipline extends to my personal pursuits. I enjoy playing chess, which serves as an exercise in strategic foresight, demanding that I plan multiple steps ahead and execute with discipline. This skill is directly applicable to navigating complex business challenges. Similarly, table tennis helps me maintain physical agility and promotes quick decision-making under pressure, mirroring the organizational flexibility required in a fast-paced industry.
I am committed to continuous learning and staying connected to the global environment. I dedicate time to exploring new technologies to understand how emerging platforms can drive efficiency and transformation, both personally and within the business. Traveling allows me to actively engage with and understand global business ecosystems and varied cultures firsthand. I also find satisfaction in driving, an activity that requires focus, precision, and thrill of speed. Finally, engaging in social gatherings with thought leaders and industry peers is important for absorbing new ideas, challenging existing assumptions, and building the necessary network to remain competitive.
These pursuits ensure that I remain anchored, adaptable, and continuously prepared for the future challenges and opportunities of global entrepreneurship.
